Have you ever seen more lovely eggs? I go them at the SOWA market in Boston. I think they are from Arucana chickens...pinks and blues and greens. The whites hold up wonderfully (not at all runny) and the yolks are almost orange in color...what a difference from the anemic supermarket eggs eh?
mmmmm.... farm fresh eggs. Nothing better. My Aracauna chicks are supposed to grow up to lay beautiful eggs like that. I hope so!
