In addition to antiques and vintage treasures there are artists selling all manner of wonderful, hand crafted items, from paintings to handbags and chic tee shirts to oriental rugs. You can also sample organic, fresh from the farm home-made cheese and aracuna eggs, herbs, incredible breads from "When Pigs Fly Bakery"and loads more!
SOWA is open every Sunday from 10am to 4pm (but closed on summer holidays.)
My lunch today? A grilled chicken sandwich with avacado, apple smoked bacon and aoli on fresh sour dough bread...iced coffee and an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie!
Here are some shots of my booth at SOWA-antiques and vintage vendors are inside the brick factory building (the farmers market and artists are outside.)
You'll have to forgive my "point and shoot" camera, but you get the idea.
Your booth is beautiful and it must be such fun to do Boston in summer. Think I would like to do Brimfield in September do you think the woman you rent from has space? Thanks Meg
ReplyDeleteMeg, You can call New England Motel, where I set up (goggle "New England Motel") or you can google "brimfield" and get a list of all the different sites and choose whatever one makes sense to you. Good Luck-let me know what you decide!

ReplyDeleteHi! I know it's a long shot, but are those "hand" sconces still available?
