Open House day 1

Day 1 of my open house was a wonderful success, especially considering the weather. It was a rainy, blustery day-not at all conducive to coming out of the house. I had yummy food, cream puffs, banana bread, gingerbread, goat cheese with cranberries, fruit, crackers and hot mulled cider. About 15 people visited the shop, most buying ornaments and other Christmas things. I even sold one of my hand-desinged, hand-made hangbags! I have a soft spot for the handbags. I really love the way they turned out. The latest edition have abalone shell button closures! I'll put up new pics Monday or Tuesday. For day 2 the weather is supposed to be better, I'm hoping for an even better turn out.
